a) Click on Doorstep Online Booking Request and enter the destination name or its PIN code.
a) Enter your consignment number with alphabets station code prefix in the tracking search box and click Track
a) Click on terms & condtions for relevant details.
a) Go to contact and enter your city name. Click on the name of the collection center for details of our local contact in your city.
a) Kindly contact the customer service cell at the place of booking. Alternatively, Go to TRACKING and enter the tracking number.
a) Click on Request to customers and refer under dangerous/banned articles.
a) The content in the box should not exceed the weight specification of the box. Contents should be compatible with the container and packed securely to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling. Please refer to the list of restricted and banned items, for further reference 'Prohibited items'.
a) BEXCS advises the parties to ensure the goods handed over to BEXCS for transportation. Under the consignor insurance in the event of any loss, BEXCS shall provide COF (Certificate of Facts) on request. A COF charge of 0.2% on the invoice value shall be charged. If the consignment is not insured by the consignor BEXCS has provisions to cover under Risk coverage policy, if the consignor agrees to pay Risk surcharge as applicable at the time of booking. The maximum value goods carried under Risk coverage by BEXCS is Rs. 50,000/-.
